Starting counselling can feel like a big step, but it’s also the beginning of meaningful change. I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation so you can get a sense of how I work and whether this space feels right for you. If you choose to continue, sessions are 50 minutes and held at the same time each week. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you can explore your experiences and move towards greater clarity and confidence. You don’t have to navigate things alone.
